West Grove Borough, Pa issued the following announcement on Oct 13.
PSA: West Grove Borough Council determined last Wednesday that the Show Must Go On with Halloween in the Borough. It is the individual homeowners and parents decision to make regarding participation. It’s also the communities responsibility to make the activity happen as safely as possible on both sides. Be creative with candy shoots on your railings that drop into children’s buckets and things like that.
We will have plenty of police protection in town to keep traffic calm and the children safe, they will however not be the COVID police....that is everyone’s responsibility participating in the event. Wear masks, stay safe and let’s let our children have some normal fun. #THEGROVE #OURHOMETOWN
