On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Avon Grove High School standout Riley Wiercinski’s current college team, the West Chester Golden Rams, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wilmington Wildcats.

The game took place at Asbury Field. This was their second matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Golden Rams’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. at Jackson Athletic Complex against Goldey-Beacom Lightning.
